Made-To-Order Policy

We ask that all of our new customers read and accept our Made-To-Order (MTO) policy before placing an order with us:

• Order processing time is normally 5-10 business days, although processing time may vary depending on the order queue.

• Most of our Hot-Fix Rhinestone clothing are Made-To-Order

• All of our Women's merchandise come prepacked (packs of 6)

• All orders will be charged with the full amount before shipment

• We will ship out orders within 24-72 hours from payment

• Once the order has been placed, NO changes can be made

• Orders can NOT be held

• A Restocking Fee of 25% of the total invoice will be charged if the order is canceled.

• WE ONLY ACCEPT COD MONEY ORDERS for NEW customers. All COD, insurance fees, and/or residential fees will be added to freight charge.
